Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications in cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for industrial deployment
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization and cryogenic systems
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen financial and defense systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Contribute to quantum software SDK development for industry adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
