- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for fault-tolerant computing systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists

- Secure $10M+ in government and private quantum research grants
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Week and Davos Tech Summit
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Qiskit)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum decoherence or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Certification in quantum cryptography from MIT Professional Education
