Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks leveraging superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation applications
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies achieving fault-tolerant operations
- Develop quantum software interfaces for enterprise integration and developer accessibility
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to co-design system architectures
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Pioneer quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction techniques
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
