Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit design specifications
- Author quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or related field
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and compilation
- Proficiency with Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST PQ standards)
