Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers

- Secure $10M+ in R&D grants through strategic partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum error correction algorithms
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Track record of securing government research grants
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers
