Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Proven track record of securing government or corporate R&D grants
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and HPC frameworks
