Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in prototype development

- Secure $5M+ in government grants and private partnerships for quantum initiatives
- Develop patent-pent quantum encryption protocols for 2026 deployment
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum space communication projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in topological quantum computing architectures
