- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Secure $2M+ in federal grants and corporate partnerships for quantum research
- Mentor PhD candidates and lead cross-functional quantum development teams
- Develop quantum-safe encryption protocols for 2026 infrastructure requirements
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm design for real-world applications
- Familiarity with quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
