Responsibilities

- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum algorithm optimization
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy applications
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum hardware-software co-design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and quantum annealing technologies
- Proven track record in cryogenic engineering and quantum control system integration
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
