Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and surgical units
- Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practices
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and safety
- Document patient data accurately in Epic EHR systems
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations with critical thinking skills
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (or compact state)
- BSN preferred; ADN required with commitment to BSN completion
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
