Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient records accurately using our advanced EHR system
- Provide education to patients and families on health management
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (RN license required)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Experience with trauma or emergency care preferred
