Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using advanced electronic health record systems

Qualifications
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred for certain units)
- Minimum 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members
