Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and care coordination
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and critical changes
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and self-care management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety standards
Qualifications
- Current Oregon RN license in good standing (required)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg preferred)
- BLS certification required; ACLS/NIHS preferred for critical care roles
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
