Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Oncology
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient progress using advanced electronic health systems
- Mentor nursing students and new staff members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency with Epic EHR systems
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
