Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse age groups with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures with precision
- Document patient assessments and interventions using our advanced EMR system
- Monitor and interpret patient data to detect changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in telemetry or ICU
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
