Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations with clinical competence
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and self-care management
- Maintain electronic health records with meticulous attention to detail
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
