Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license (or compact license with Indiana residency)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for leadership roles
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS/ACLS certifications; PALS/NRP required for specific units
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR systems
