Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations in acute care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Document clinical observations accurately using advanced electronic health record systems
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in a hospital setting
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
