Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to RNs or supervisors
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and care records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for coordinated patient support
- Administer medications under proper supervision per protocols
- Create a safe, respectful, and dignified care environment
Qualifications
- Active Oregon CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
