Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document clinical outcomes accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead patient education initiatives to promote health literacy and self-management
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Texas (RN)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for advanced roles
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
