Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care via telehealth platforms and in-person clinical rotations
- Monitor patient vitals remotely using advanced digital monitoring systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through secure virtual consultations
- Document electronic health records with precision and timeliness
- Provide health education to patients through virtual and in-person sessions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all digital communications
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (Compact license preferred)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency with Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with remote monitoring technology
