Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings with emphasis on critical assessment and intervention
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care strategies accordingly
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using Epic EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license with no disciplinary actions
- ACLS/BLS certifications (required) and NIHSS certification (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in hospital setting
- Strong proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills with diverse patient populations

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
