Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings with critical assessment skills
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Document electronic health records with precision and timeliness
- Implement infection control protocols and safety standards
- Provide patient/family education on treatment plans and discharge protocols
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma RN license required
- ACLS/BLS certifications with commitment to maintain
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience preferred
- BSN degree or actively pursuing
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
