Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in our 24/7 emergency department
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Document patient records using our advanced EHR system
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement
- Respond effectively to critical situations with rapid assessment skills
Qualifications
- Active NM RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must maintain)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient advocacy
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
