Responsibilities
- Provide direct and compassionate patient care, monitoring health status and reporting changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient documentation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the State of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- CPR (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professional boundaries.
