Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed practitioners.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes in condition immediately.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
