Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessment and monitoring in cardiac ICU setting
- Administer specialized medications and advanced life support interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care planning
- Maintain precise documentation in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on cardiac health management
- Participate in rapid response and code blue emergencies
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota (or compact state)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- 2+ years ICU/acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with cardiac monitoring systems preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
