Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized cardiac care in a 20-bed ICU unit with advanced monitoring systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans
- Administer critical medications and perform complex interventions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor new nurses and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid assessment skills
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of ICU or cardiac telemetry experience
- BSN degree (MSN preferred for leadership track)
- Strong proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Demonstrated critical thinking and crisis management abilities
- Excellent communication skills for patient/family education
