Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care for critically ill patients in ICU/CCU settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and specialized interventions
- Monitor patient vitals and adjust care plans based on clinical assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license with BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
