Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in critical care settings
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient information and maintain electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Adhere to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current Louisiana RN license (required)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates considered)
- Minimum 2 years critical care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
