Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in critical care settings utilizing evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail
- Monitor and interpret patient data, responding rapidly to changes in condition
- Provide education to patients and families on health management and recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Mentor new staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum 2 years critical care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
