Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced patient assessment and intervention in critical care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise dosage calculations
- Monitor and interpret complex cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic data
- Document clinical outcomes with precision using Epic EMR systems
- Mentor junior nursing staff through our preceptorship program
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Active NYS RN license with no restrictions
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years critical care experience in Level I Trauma Center
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Demonstrated excellence in patient-centered care principles
- Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR and electronic documentation systems
