Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and stabilize critically ill patients in ICU/CCU settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Document patient conditions and care interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current Michigan RN license (required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- BSN degree (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years ICU/CCU experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
