Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced patient care in 12-bed ICU with ventilator management expertise
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using Epic EHR system
- Implement evidence-based protocols for cardiac/neurocritical patients
- Lead rapid response interventions during high-acuity scenarios
- Mentor junior nurses through our clinical ladder program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives targeting 95%+ patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- CA RN license with BSN (MSN preferred)
- 3+ years ICU/CCU experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and arterial line management
- Strong proficiency with Epic EHR and Pyxis medication systems
- Demonstrated success in rapid response situations
- BSN or higher from accredited institution
