Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty practices
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (New Mexico)
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
