Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care, long-term, and specialty settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and state nursing regulations
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
Qualifications
- Active Kentucky RN license (Compact State preferred)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS required for ICU/ER)
- Flexibility for 8-12 hour shifts including weekends
- Proficiency in Epic or Cerner EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
