Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in hospital, clinic, or urgent care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants when assigned
- Participate in emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Active DC RN license with no restrictions
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
