Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess conditions, and implement nursing interventions
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to OSHA standards and infection control procedures
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Oregon RN license (required)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with 2+ years acute care experience acceptable
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care nursing experience
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
