Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and document patient responses accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess patient conditions, identify immediate needs, and intervene promptly to ensure safety and comfort.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans, treatment progress, and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (Travel/Agency experience is a plus).
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to patient safety, privacy, and HIPAA compliance.
