Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and clinical assessment in accordance with state regulations and hospital protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitor patient vitals and health status, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
