Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to medical protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records and documentation.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and discharge plans.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (New graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong computer proficiency and electronic health record (EHR) experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced clinical setting.
