Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety regulations.
- Monitor patient vitals and health status, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
