Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical progress accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX RN license)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS/ACLS certification required; PALS or TNCC preferred
- Strong documentation skills with proficiency in EMR systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
