Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.
- Monitor patient vitals and update care plans based on real-time assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Document patient histories, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe, sterile, and organized nursing unit environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Indiana RN License required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
