Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings including ER, MedSurg, and ICU units
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs while maintaining patient safety standards
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and clinical competence

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
