Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in acute care settings, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress with precision and attention to detail
- Respond to emergency situations with clinical expertise and composure
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
- Supervise LVNs/CNAs and delegate tasks appropriately based on patient acuity
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
