Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and clinical assessment in accordance with state regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond to patient emergencies and critical care situations immediately.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes and care plans.
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- BLS and ACLS certification (ACLS required for Telemetry/ICU).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
