Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and comprehensive clinical assessments.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, update medical records accurately, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, ensuring a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active California RN License required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
