Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and accurate health assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Monitor patient vitals and response to treatments, documenting all changes immediately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all patients and staff.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky (or compact state eligibility).
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
