Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in diverse settings (hospitals, clinics, long-term care)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols
- Provide patient education on health conditions
- Manage emergency situations with critical thinking skills
Qualifications
- Active NE RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- EMR experience (Epic/Meditech preferred)
